canadian clothier, obakki, has quite simply one of the most beautiful retail spaces i've seen. the minimalist space was designed by architectural and interiors firm, mgb, and the brent comber studio was commissioned to build the handcrafted spruce point-of-sale counter and display blocks (more on this art + design studio tomorrow, cause...amazing!). there truly isn't one aspect of this project that i don't find perfect ~ so well thought out, with such attention to detail, and it feels much more like a gallery than a retail space. lovely clothes displayed beautifully well too!
