today is a holiday in the states.
hopefully the rain has cleared, it's a beautiful day and i am out in the country at a gathering of family, playing tag with little kids and water guns, and/or planning a surprise attack (with said kids + cousins) of simultaneous cannonballs near where my fancy aunt is sitting poolside.
