RAPID FIRE is a gathering of multi-disciplinary artists  to share images and foster dialogue.
i had the great pleasure of participating in this wonderful inaugural event,  hosted by my dear friend and incredibly gifted artist, amy pleasant. her idea is to bring together artists, designers, architects,  tasked with sharing just 2 minutes of visual inspiration. her hope (and so far, success) is that a handful of creatives assemble  to share their inspirations, and begin conversations about  the opportunities for collaboration of minds + resources. might i suggest you consider adopting this model in your community? our experience was so positive, and inspirational, and as a result, full of possibilities. i hope you enjoy these shared images...+ images by duquette johnston, morgan jones johnston, jaia chen, tia-simone gardner,  bruce lanier, myself, and amy pleasant.
