stories told in incredible miniature paper sculptures by andrew scott ross. by intersecting biological and archaeological themes with personal and primitive mythology, my art practice explores the fragilities inherit to culture and our often-tenuous relationship with the natural world. the grey cardstock scenes are from peter and the wolf, an installation/performance at the guggenheim, in collaboration with isaac mizrahi and the julliard orchestra. the white paper scenes are from the series rocks and rocks and caves.
