Cydcor provides an EAP (Employee Assistance Program), including mental health referrals and counseling, wellness and smoking cessation programs. In order to maintain open communication between team members and company leaders, Cydcor provides an open-door policy, team member surveys, monthly company meetings, Cydcor Community – the company’s intranet, and lunches with the president of company Cydcor.
